Who we are

Swanborough Services are a 24 hour Domiciliary Care agency that provides care for people with Acquired Brain injury. Swanborough Services provide intensive rehabilitation services either in an individuals home or in one of the supported living houses in Brighton or Hildenborough.

Referring to Swanborough Services

Swanborough Services cater for individuals aged 18-65, whose primary need is one of a Brain Injury. Please contact the Manager for further information.

What does Swanborough Services offer?

In conjunction with Swanborough House and The Raphael Medical Centre, Swanborough Services provide a wide range of holistic treatment and therapies, including:

• Physiotherapy
• Art Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Music Therapy
• Speech & Language Therapy
• Neuro Psychology
• and a Chiropractor.

We also offer Oil Baths and embrocation treatments.

Assessment of Needs

Every client referred to Swanborough Services will be assessed by an experienced member of the team. Following assessment, a detailed care package will then be devised to cater for the individuals needs.

Care Planning

Care plans are devised with the client and their family and are person centered. A copy of the care plan will be sent to the Case Manager. This will also include Risk Management planning.
